牙科焦虑症对心血管病患者开髓过程心率和血压的影响

Influence of dental anxiety in patients with cardiovascular disease on blood pressure and heart rate during pulp exposing

目的:研究牙科焦虑症(DA)对心血管病患者开髓过程心率及血压的影响,为术前进行心理治疗和护理提供指导。方法:采用改良的牙科焦虑量表(MDAS)对136例心血管患者开髓前的DA进行调查,对开髓全过程进行心电监护,对MDAS得分与心率及血压变化的相关性进行统计学分析。结果:MDAS得分与心率增幅相关系数r=0.07,P=0.89;与收缩压增幅r=0.22,P=0.01;与舒张压增幅r=0.18,P=0.03。结论:对于心血管病开髓患者,需在术前进行心理治疗,以减轻DA,避免或减少开髓时血压升高,确保手术安全。

AIM ：To investigate the effect of dental anxiety （DA） in patients with cardiovascular disease on blood pressure（BP） and heart rate（HR） during pulp exposing so as to provide psychotherapy and nursing before action. METHODS：One hurdred and thirty - six patients with cardiovascular disease were asked to complete a questionnaire （modified dental anxiety scale form） before pulp exposing. HR and BP were measured and recorded during the procedure. Then, the correlation between MDAS and the changes of HR or BP was analyzed. RESULTS：The correlation between MDAS, and change of BP was significant （ SBP： r = 0. 22, P = 0.01 ; DBP： r = 0. 18 P = 0. 03 ）. CONCLUSION ：Psychotherapy should be given to the patients with cardiovascular disease before pulp exposing to reduce DA and to prevent their BP from rising during exposing.
