摘要 细胞培养、器官培养、干细胞及组织工程等生物工程新技术的迅猛发展为牙本质牙髓复合体的形成研究提供了新的平台,使体外构建生物活性组织或器官成为可能。本文主要阐述了采用这些新技术进行牙本质牙髓复合体离体形成研究的进展。 The rapid developments of modem bio -engineering techniques including cell culture, organ culture, stem cell biology and tissue engineering have provided new tools for research on formation of dentin -pulp complex,and provided a promising ahemative approach for reconstruction bio -active tissues or organs. The present paper elucidates the current advances in formation of dentin - pulp complex in vitro with tissue engineering aooroach.
