波前像差技术及其在屈光手术中的应用

Technique of wavefront aberrations and application in corneal refractive surgery

波前像差技术是目前临床上十分关注的一项新技术,它可用于检查屈光手术前后眼像差的改变,还应用于波前引导的个体化切削,提高屈光术后的视觉质量和超常视力的产生。但其研究尚处于初期阶段,许多问题仍有待于进一步解决。我们就波前像差的基本概念、描述方式、测量方法及在屈光手术中的应用等作一综述。

Wavefront aberration refers to the difference between the optical wavefront of the optical system and the actually measured optical system wavefront. Now as a new technique, wavefront aberrations are interested in clinic. It can be used to measure the changes before and after corneal refractive surgery and can be applied in wavefront aberration supported customized ablation（WASCA）, too. The aim is to improve vision quality and to produce super vision after corneal refractive surgery. But the investigation is still at the initial stage and many questions are yet to be solved gradually. The paper summarizes its concept, describing, measuring method and application in corneal refractive surgery.
