Study of high-temperature superconductivity filters for satellite communication

摘要 设计、制作并测试了一种采用新颖耦合双谐振器结构的高温超导微波带通滤波器。该滤波器利用高温超导薄膜的Q值远高于常规导体的特点,使器件具有小型化和性能高的特点。分析了耦合双谐振器的耦合系数与相关物理参量之间的关系;并对实际制备的滤波器进行了测试,取得了预期效果。以上研究结果,对于实现卫星通信系统中电子设备的小型化、降低成本和加速小型化卫星通信系统的发展都起到了非常重要的作用。 A microwave bandpass filter on the double-sided HTS YBCO film was designed and fabricated and tested using a new coupling double-resonator. The miniaturization and high performance of electron device was realized using the advantage that the quality factor of I-ITS film was 1-3 orders higher than the normal metals. The relations between physical parameters and coupling coefficient of coupling double-resonator were analyzed. The I-ITS filter fabricated was tested and the anticipated effect was obtained. All of the study results are important to the realization of the miniaturization of electron device in satellite communication, the reduction of cost, and the development of miniature satellite communication system.
