Tianbaoning Tablets was applied to treat 45 patients with dizziness due to the spmptom of blood stasis in brain collaterals. The total effective rate was 88.89%.As compared with effect of Danshen Injection on 45 cases at radon1, there was significant difference between two groups(p<0. 05). Also the index changes of blood rheology befor and after treatment with this two druges were compared.As a result, Tianbaoning Tablet group had more obvious improvement in many indexes of blood rheology than Danshen Injection group. This maybe a cause that Tianbaoning Tablets could have a good curative effect.
