摘要
采用9种荧光增白剂对棉布进行处理,探讨了增白剂结构、架桥剂和增白剂商品中的添加剂对棉热转印产品白度的影响.研究表明:增白剂分子结构中的羟基基团越多,增白剂耐热性能越差,棉热转印产品的白度越低;增白剂商品中的添加剂对其耐热性能影响不大;架桥剂能显著提升增白剂的增白效果和耐热性能,使棉热转印产品白度得以提高.
In this paper, nine kinds of fluorescent whitening agents were employed in the processing of cotton fabric. The influence of molecular structure, additive and binding agent on the whiteness of heat transfer printed cotton fabric was investigated. The results showed that the more the hydroxide radicals in the whitening agent molecular there were, the worse the effects on whiteness and heat resistance property was. The additive had little effect on the heat resistance property, the binding agent could obviously improve the whiteness and heat resistance property of fluorescent whitening agents.
