束纤维强伸仪的设计参数对测试结果的影响

摘要 纤维强力的测量分为2种:一是单纤维测量,适合于结构和性能较均匀的纤维,如化学纤维等;另一种是束纤维测量,适合结构均匀性较差、力学性能离散较大的纤维,如棉、毛等天然纤维。文章通过实验和数据分析,讨论了束纤维强度测量中测试仪器的参数对实验结果的影响。结果发现,隔距长度和拉伸速度都会对测试结果产生影响。对标准实验提供了一个测量结果较为稳定的区间,对功能束纤维强伸仪的参数设计有参考价值。 There are two ways to measure the fiber strength. The first one is single fiber measurement, the second is bundle fiber measurement. The former is suit for the fiber that is relatively even in its structure and properties, such as synthetic fibers. The fiber bundle test is proper to measure fibers, which are not very even in their structure and tensile properties. Through the analysis of fiber-bundle tensile testing, the effect of the design parameters of a Junctional fiberbundle tensile on the experimental results has been discussed. It finds that the extension speed has a complex effect on tensile properties of fiber bundles. Therefore ,it can be suggested there is a comparatively stable range for the testing parameters and high accuracy, which is of great referenced value to design the parameters for the bundle fiber tester.
