中长棉纺设备纺制高支毛涤纱的研究

Study on the spinning technology of wool/polyester blended yarns

文章探讨了利用中长棉纺设备纺制高支毛涤纱的可行性,对纺纱过程中原料的选择及各工序工艺的特点、成品质量进行了说明。研究和实践结果表明,在中长棉纺设备上采用赛络菲尔技术,开发高支毛涤纱是可行的,不仅能够大幅度提高纱线支数,降低产品成本,提高附加值,而且调整了化纤仿毛企业的产品结构,为企业增加了新的市场空间。

The feasibility of spinning finer count yarns composed of wool/polyester blended on cotton spinning installation that is adapted to spin the fiber length between cotton and wool was investigated. The material and technical characteristic of every procedure and the qualities of finished product in the entire spinning process were explained in this paper. The result showed that it was feasible to develop finer count yams composed of wool/polyester blended with sirofil technology on the cotton spinning installation. It can make the yarn count finer greatly, reduce product cost, raise additional value, improve the product structure of man-fiber copying wool business and creat a new market space in the interest of the business.
