摘要
物流管理是我国钢铁工业中不可分割的重要组成部分,必要、合理的物流管理是企业的主要利润源泉。因此有必要结合济钢近几年的做法,剖析物流管理的实践,以利于物流工业长足发展。
Logistics management is the undivided, important component of Chinese steel industry. Necessary and rational logistics management is the main sources of enterprises＇ profits. This article has analyzed the practice of Jinan Steel＇s logistics management in recent years. This will facilitate the rapid development of logistics industry.
