摘要
本文针对综采工作面采用微差预裂爆破的方法,存在作业时间较长,影响工作面的出煤时间,产量受影响,难以充分发挥爆破提块的优势作用。本文根据聚能管定向控制爆破机理,首次提出采用聚能管对工作面煤层进行预裂爆破,形成长的分布裂缝,在割煤机的扰动下,以提高开采的块率。试验表明,聚能管能够比原先爆破方法提高块率5%,可为矿取得良好的经济效益;同时该技术也是首次应用到综采工作面,丰富了爆破理论。
This article aims at the method which Caving workface utilizing the elemental error blasting crack advance, it causes the work time longer, affect the coal production time on working face, affect the output and difficultly full exerting the superiority function of the blasting increment block. Based on the mechanism of the binding energy tub using the directional control blast, proposing to use the binding energy tube carry on blasting crack in advance to the coal bed of working face for the first time and shaping the distributed crack, under the perturbation of coalcutter, enhancing the block rate of mining is adopted. It is indicated that the binding energy tube could enhance the block rate 5% compared to the original blast method, obtaining a better economic efficiency for the mine; workface and enriches the blast theory. simultaneously the technology is also applied into Caving
