新型复合无机高分子混凝剂—聚硅氯化铝(PASC)的制备及处理微污染水源的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用共聚法制备工艺,在Ai/Si摩尔比一定的情况下,制备出具有不同碱化度(B)的聚硅氯化铝(PASC)的混凝剂,探讨了不同碱化度(B)的PASC在不同投药量、pH值和混凝时间对微污染水源(秋中湖水)的处理效果,结果表明:处理秋中湖水的最佳pH值在6~10范围之间,在此范围内,色度、浊度及COD的去除率在90%以上;混凝时间控制20分钟时,浊度、色度及COD的去除率达到最大值。投药量在4ml/L时处理效果最好。相同的投加量和混凝时间下,不同碱化度的PASC混凝剂处理效果不同,碱化度较高的PASC混凝剂(B=0.4,A1/Si=1.0)比碱化度低的PASC混凝剂(B=0.1,A1/Si=1.0)处理效果好。 A series of polyaluminum silicate chlorides (PASC) with different basicities (B) was prepared by means of methods is to add NaOH into the mixed solution of AlCl3 · 6H2O and polysilicic acid under the same molar ratios of Al/Si, The coagulation efficiency of chloride (PASC) disposaled with micropolluted raw water (the water of qiu zhong lake) under different the plunge doses, the pH and the coagulate times; and the coagulation efficiency polyaluminum silicate chloride (PASC) compared with micropolluted raw water and the simulation dyeing waste water (mimicry). The experimental results showed that the effect of coagulant of the polyaluminum silicate chlorides (PASC) use in low concentration wastewater is better than use in high concentration wastewater (the simulation printing and dyeing waste water).
