本文采用紫外分光光度法直接测定达美康片剂的含量。实验结果表明：本法简便、准确、重现性好。线性范围５．０１８２５．０９μ４ｇ／ｍｌ，γ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率９９．８１％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ＝１．９０％

Diamicron tablet was quantitatively determined by UV-Spectrophotometry.The result showed the method was simple,accurate and reproducible.The calibration curve was linear in the range 5.018-25.09ug/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.81%,RSD=1.90%
