摘要
应用最小奇异值分析法与连续潮流方法开发了集成于能量管理系统中的静态电压稳定分析模块,并在江苏电网投入在线应用。结合现场测试结果,对潮流计算中节点类型的转换、外网等值机的处理、最小奇异值指标的应用等工程应用中的问题进行了分析。针对最小奇异值指标作为电压稳定判据存在无明确的物理意义且呈现强烈的非线性的不足,结合区域电压稳定裕度的计算给出了一种实用的系统电压稳定程度判定方法。
Applying minimum singular value method and continuation power flow method, the authors developed a static voltage stability analysis (VSA) software package, which was integrated in a commercial energy management system and put into on-line application in Jiangsu provincial power system. According to the on-site testing results, some problems appeared in engineering application such as the switching of node types in power flow calculation, the processing of equivalent generator in external power network and the application of minimum singular value index, etc., were analyzed. To remedy the disadvantages of minimum singular value index used alone as a voltage stability criterion, which has no determinate physical meaning and reveals strong non-linearity, the authors gave a practical method combined with the calculation of regional voltage stability margin to evaluate the extent of system voltage stability.
