摘要
利用导电云母粉与醇酸树脂复合制备了一种浅色复合导电涂料,讨论了导电填料含量、偶联剂种类及含量、固化工艺以及涂层厚度等工艺参数对涂料导电性能的影响。结果表明,加入60%~65%导电云母粉,钛酸酯偶联剂NTC-401用量为5%,涂层在50℃条件下烘烤2d,涂层厚度在120μm左右,涂料的导电性能较好,表面电阻率达到103Ω·cm^-2。
This article introduced the preparation of a kind of alkyd resin based conductive coatings filled with conductive mica powders. The influences of the amount of conductive fillers, type and amount of coupling agent, curing technology and thickness on the conductivity of the coatings were discussed. It was shown that the conductive paints will has good properties and surface resistivity of 10^3Ω·cm^-2 with incorporation of conductive mica powder 60%- 65%, coupling agent NTC-401 5%, cured at 50℃ for 2d and with the thickness around 120μm.
