P^（53）蛋白在42例胃癌的表达与分析

THE EXPRESSION OF P^(53) PROTEIN IN 42 CASES OF GASTRIC CANCER

应用免疫组化技术检测了４２例胃癌标本Ｐ￣（５３）蛋白的异常表达。结果显示：Ｐ￣（５３）蛋白表达的阳性率为３１．３３％（１４／４２），癌旁粘膜及癌间质Ｐ￣（５３）蛋白表达为阴性。Ｐ￣（５３）蛋白阳性表达率与胃癌浸润深度有关（Ｐ＜０．０５）；与有无淋巴结转移有相关性（Ｐ＜００１）；与胃癌组织学类型及分化程度无关。以上结果提示：如胃镜活检出现Ｐ￣（５３）蛋白表达阳性细胞，应考虑胃粘膜有癌变可能，阳性率高提示可能有深部浸润或伴有琳巴结转移，Ｐ￣（５３）蛋白检测可作为预测肿瘤发生、发展及预后的参考指标之一。

The expression of p53 protein was studied in 42 cases of gastric cancer byimmunohistochemical technioue.The results are as follows:In all cases examined.33.33 %(14/42)showed positive p53 protein expression,In the adjacent mucosa and in the tumorstroma the expression of p53 protein was negative.The positive rate of p53 expression corre. lated with the depth of infiltration(P<0.05)and lympth node metastases(P<0.01)ofgastriccancer.No relationship could be found between the rate of p53 expression and the histologictype and degree of differentiation of gastric cancer.These results suggest that in endoscopicbiopsy,one should suspect malignancy with positive p53 protein staining,and that theoverexpressiOn of p53 protein may suggest deep penetration and metastases of thecancer.Hence,immunohistochemical staining for P53 protein expression may be useful in de-termining the development and prognosis of gastric cancer,
