摘要
应用荧光逆行追踪技术,探索下丘核在中脑的传入纤维起源,将高度敏感的新型荧光示踪剂——荧光金(FG)注入15只成年健康大鼠的一侧下丘(IC),在中脑的下列核团可见到逆行荧光标记细胞:同侧黑质(SN),外侧丘系中间核(INLL)和外侧丘系腹侧核(VNLL);对侧滑车神经核和下丘中央核(ICC);双侧中脑深核(dpM)、中央灰质(CG)、下丘外核(ICX)、下丘背核(ICD)、上丘(SC)、外侧丘系背侧核(DNLL)和Saglum核。
Fluorogold(FG)was injected into the left inferior colliculus in fifteen adult ratsto study the afferent fibrous origins of the inferior colliculus from the midbrain,FGlabelled-retrogradely neurons were found in the following nuclei of the ipsilateral side:substantia nigra(SN),ventral nucleus of the lateral lemniscus(VNLL),intermidial nucleus ofthe lateral iemniscus(INLL);in the following nuclei of the contralateral side:trochlearnucleus, central nucleus of the inferior colliculus(ICC);and in the following nuclei of bothsides:deep mesencephalic nucleus(dpM),central gray(CG),the external nuleus of the infe-rior colliculus(ICX),the dorsal nucleus ofthe inferior colliculus(ICD),the dorsal nucleus ofthe lateral lemniscus,Saglums.
