摘要管理层投资收购(ManagementInvestmentBuyout,简称MIBO)作为中小型国有企业产权改革的一种新提法,其在国有经济布局战略性调整中“有序退出”“、抓大放小”的背景下,有着一定的发展空间和开拓余地。
