抑肽酶在体外循环心内直视术中的应用研究

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF APROTININ IN OPEN HEART SURGERY UNDER CARDIOPULMONARY BYPASS

对较大剂量抑肽酶在体外循环心内直视术中的应用价值进行了临床研究。结果表明：较大剂量抑肽酶应用于体外循环心内直视术中可明显减少输血量和术后出血，且无严重的毒副作用。

Sixty-eight patients suffering from rheumatic heart disease or congenital heartdisease were devided equally into two groups.One group received 4×104IU/kg aprotinin dur- ing open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.The platelet counts,first 24 hourpostoperative blood loss and postoperative blood transfusion were recorded.The results showedthat high dose aprotinin could markedly reduce postoperative oozing and chest drainage,re- suIting in a reduction ofthe amount of postoperative blood and plasma transfusion.
