摘要
使用自动活检装置在Ｂ超引导下经皮肾活检６０例，结果表明：在Ｂ超定位、导向保证穿刺准确、安全的前提下，用自动活检枪弹时较细的１８Ｇ切割针所取标本长度和含肾小球个数与传统的１５ＧＭｅｎｇｈｉｎｉ型粗针负压抽吸活检组２０例对照无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５，Ｐ＝０．７５），一次取材成功率高达９３．３％（Ｐ＜０．００１）；９８．３％可满足病理诊断；仅发生轻微并发症８．３％（５／６０）。穿刺后观察分级指标与对照组进行秩和检验（ｕ＝２．１４，Ｐ＝０．０３），前者优于后者。
