摘要
采用液压伺服作动器、自动数据采集仪和自制剪力架对高阻尼橡胶试件进行了纯剪切试验,分析了高阻尼橡胶特征参数与激励频率、剪应变幅值、粘弹性层厚度、剪切面形状的关系,认为对高阻尼橡胶阻尼器的等价刚度和等价阻尼比计算式中应考虑激励频率和剪应变的影响。运用地震动力分析程序计算了其应用在桥梁上的减震效果,结果表明:高阻尼橡胶的应用可以使桥梁的减震效果提高30%以上。
Hydraulic actuator, data acquisition instrument and self-made shear frame are adopted to do the shear test of high damping rubber. Through the test, the paper studies the influence of frequency, shearing section shape, strain magnitude and material' s thickness on the characteristic parameters (dynamic shear elastic module, dissipation engineering module) of high damping rubber (HDR) . Frequency and strain magnitude should be considered when calculating the equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping ratio of HDR Damper. The paper also analyses the energy dissipation performance of HDR on a working bridge through an earthquake dynamic analyzing program, which indicates that the application of HDR can improve the isolation effect by 30%.
