Discussion on Traffic Impact Analysis for Stadiums

从研究体育场馆的交通需求特点出发,提出体育场馆开发交通量预测所应遵循的原则,并在此基础上给出适合体育场馆类型开发的交通影响分析方法。在分析方法中,文章以交通影响度和进出车辆干扰分析作为具体分析指标,从路网交通负荷和交通是否流畅两个角度对体育场馆的交通影响进行分析,其中交通负荷分析时,又具体从交叉口、路段、路网三方面入手,在点、线、面上分别对路网的局部和整体进行全面分析。交通评价时,采取不同时期不同尺度的方法进行弹性评价。

Starting from studying stadium＇ special traffic demand, the paper brings forward the principle of traffic demand forcast suitable for stadiiums. Based on the principle, an appropriate traffic impact analysis method for stadiums is provided, in which traffic impact level and vehicle interruption are used as indices.The traffic impact analysis focuses on two important parts, the traffic burden analysis and the traffic mobility analysis. In the traffic burden analysis, the study includes cross analysis, road analysis and road net analysis. The article puts forward a comprehensive analysis taking into account of both local and overall situatiom. In the traffic impact evaluation, an elastic method is put forward and different scales are adopted according to different time period.
