摘要
为适应未来汽车的电气控制发展趋势,利用电气与气动技术,建立了重型汽车电控气动离合器操作系统,并从理论上分析了系统的非线性特性。针对该系统的非线性控制问题,结合免疫PID控制算法与自适应PSD控制律,提出了模糊免疫PSD控制算法,实现了系统的智能控制。实验结果表明,采用该算法,系统可以获得良好的控制性能。
In order to adapt the electrical control developing trend of future automotive, an electrical control pneumatic clutch manipulating system was established adopting electrical and pneumatic technology. The nonlinear character of the system was analyzed in theory. In consideration of the nonlinear control problem, a fuzzy immune PSD control algorithm was presented, which combines the fuzzy immune PID control algorithm with the adaptive PSD control. The intelligent control of the system was achieved. Experiments show that the system can achieve good control performance by using this algorithm.
