摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,消费者越来越关注健康,也越来越希望改善自己的生活水平,所以食品行业已经不仅仅满足于让人们吃饱,还要给消费者带来健康、便捷,这就给食品企业在市场上带来更大的机会。现在市场上推出了很多功能性的食品,并以功能性为卖点。 More and more internationalization and globalization in food industry, and food market also can be more and more broad but not only be restricted in the local market. The enterprise cannot neglect on the high added value products in the industry and must strengthen research in functional food domain. However, future development of functional food maybe face some challenges like knowledge further deepening as well as more thorough understanding of product. How to develop the new product, how to face the legal laws and regulations in market and how to make consumers understand new functional food, these are all the challenges for enterprises.
