摘要
由于锅炉结构不合理造成锅炉两侧后集箱严重鼓包的事故,处理的方法,将集箱割短2231mm,将下降管(A)及集箱封头重新开口和焊接,无损探伤及耐压试验合格后,该炉重新投入运行。
The treatment of back boiler headers on both sides prominence accident caused by the unreasonable structure of boiler is introduced. Shorten the length of boiler header with 2231mm, cut and weld the downpipe （A） and headers＇ again, after pass the non - destructive crack detection and pressure resistance experiment, the boiler can put into operation over again.
