介绍了大型预焙铝电解槽侧部早期破损的修补方法——侧部碳块重塑法,此方法不需要停槽操作,经小修后的电解槽运行平稳,槽寿命平均延长345d。
The paper describes the re-making of side carbon block - a method for repairing incipiently damaged side of the large pre-baked aluminum smelting cell, which allows no stop of cell, smooth operation of cell after minor repair and a cell life extension of 345 day on average.
