摘要
本文用H3-TdR掺入法,观察了mIL-5和hIL-5分别对Yl6细胞和PCD-h5R细胞增殖反应的影响。结果发现mIL-5和hIL-5皆能刺激Y16细胞的增殖,井存在明显剂量依赖关系,但mIL-5的活性为hIL-5的60倍。两者也能引起FDC-h5R细胞剂量依赖性增殖反应,但二者活性相同。表明hIL-5和mIL-5刺激不同来源靶细胞增殖的活性不同。
With the methed of H3-TdR incorporation,the proliferative response of Y16 and FDC-h5R cells to MIL-5and hIL-5 was observed.IT was found that both mIL-5and hIL-5 can stimulate the proliferation of Y16 and FDC-h5R cells in a dose-dependent way. The activity of mIL-5 on Y16 cells is 60 times as that of hIL-5,but both mIL-5 and hlL-5 have the same activity on FDC-h5R cells,which revealed that hIL-5 and mIL-5 stimulate the proliferation of different target cells with different activities.
