人和鼠IL－5对不同靶细胞增殖反应的影响

THE EFFECT OF HIL-5 AND MIL-5 0N THE PROLiFERATION OF THE TARGET CELL LINES

本文用Ｈ３－ＴｄＲ掺入法，观察了ｍＩＬ－５和ｈＩＬ－５分别对Ｙｌ６细胞和ＰＣＤ－ｈ５Ｒ细胞增殖反应的影响。结果发现ｍＩＬ－５和ｈＩＬ－５皆能刺激Ｙ１６细胞的增殖，井存在明显剂量依赖关系，但ｍＩＬ－５的活性为ｈＩＬ－５的６０倍。两者也能引起ＦＤＣ－ｈ５Ｒ细胞剂量依赖性增殖反应，但二者活性相同。表明ｈＩＬ－５和ｍＩＬ－５刺激不同来源靶细胞增殖的活性不同。

With the methed of H3-TdR incorporation,the proliferative response of Y16 and FDC-h5R cells to MIL-5and hIL-5 was observed.IT was found that both mIL-5and hIL-5 can stimulate the proliferation of Y16 and FDC-h5R cells in a dose-dependent way. The activity of mIL-5 on Y16 cells is 60 times as that of hIL-5,but both mIL-5 and hlL-5 have the same activity on FDC-h5R cells,which revealed that hIL-5 and mIL-5 stimulate the proliferation of different target cells with different activities.
