支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期肺癌

BRONCHIAL INTRAARTERIAL PERFUSION IN THE TREATMENT OF ADVENCED PULMONARY CARCINOMAS

本文对３４例中晚期肺癌进行１１７次支气管动脉内灌注治疗，所有病例均经细胞学或病理证实，随访率为１００％，近期疗效较好，其有效率为８２．３％，并对灌注方法、插管或成功率与疗效有关的其他因素，并发症的防治作介绍和讨论。

A total of 117 bronchial intraarterial porfusions were performed on 34 patients with advenced pulmonary carcinomas. All the cases had been diagnosed patholoically and were followed-up.The immediate effective rate was 82.3%. The technique of perfusion,factors affeting effective rate,the way to increase success rate of catheterization and prevention of complications were discussed.
