摘要
介绍一种易于实现、编程容易且功能较全面的硬件电路主机遥控系统,它是船舶设备改造的理想设计实施方案。系统采用两台S7-200 PLC与一台计算机构成主机遥控系统的基本框架,利用串行通信总线可实现各个控制器及计算机之间的信息传输,给出了网络通信程序的流程图及主机遥控部分的控制程序流程图。该设计方案已经在实验室环境下调试完毕。
The paper introduces a sort of Main Engine Remote Control System which is easy to carry out. cOnVenient to program ,and Various in function. It is an ideal implement itemfor reconstructing of vessel automatiOn device. The basic frame of main Engine Remote Control System is formedby introducing two $7 - 200 PLC and a computer ,to perform information transform between two controllers based on serial communication bus ,to introduce the flow dia2 gram of network communication procedure ,and control procedure flow diagram of Main Engine Remote ContrOl. Thedesign of project has been implemented in Lab.
