Design and implementation of Personnel Assessment System for railway enterprise

从目前人才测评系统的发展现状出发,结合作者自己的实际开发经验,讨论如何利用现代数据库技术开发铁路人才测评系统,并介绍所研发的人才测评系统的主要功能模块,并采用数据挖掘技术分析测评结果。

It was discussed how to use modem database technology to implement Personnel Assessment System for railway enterprise from the point of the development of current Personnel Assessment System and the author＇s practical experience of research and development. It was also introduced the main function modules of Personnel Assessment System, the results of assessment by using the technology of data mining.
