Research on e-Government affairs and application of it to railway

通过对电子政务内涵及美国、加拿大、新加坡、英国电子政务的发展状况和我国电子政务发展的历程、现状、经验的探讨;对铁路电子政务建设的现状、必要性、建设原则进行研究;介绍铁路办公信息系统和政府网站建设的技术标准、系统功能、结构以及在实施铁路电子政务建设的安全保障措施;结合实际,探讨铁路电子政务建设需要注意的问题。

After investigating on inherent meaning of e-Government affair, its development in America, Canada, Singapore, Britain, especially developing course current status, experience in China, it was studied on the construction of railway e- Government affair, including current state, necessity and principle. The Office Information Systems, technology standard of the government web establishment, function and structure of the System and the security guaranteeing for the establishment of the e-Government affairs were introduced as well. The oroblems that should be taken into consideration were discussed.
