超声波辅助法提取白刺果籽中原花青素的结构研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文以西伯利亚白刺(N itraria S ib irica Pall.)果实为试材,采用60%乙醇溶液提取原花青素,通过四因子二次通用旋转实验设计,确定白刺果实原花青素最佳提取条件为:料液比∶1∶4;乙醇溶液浓度:60%;提取时间:20m in;次数:3次。通过对原花青素的紫外光谱和高效液相色谱方面的研究,确定白刺果籽中原花青素的结构,得出其主要是由儿茶素与表儿茶素的单体组成的聚合物。 Nitraria Sibirica Pall was used as raw materials and Proanthocyanidins was extracted with 60% ethanol solution in this paper. The single factor experiment have confirmed through that draws the plain individual craft parameter of original cyanine from the Nitraria Sibirica Pall. Through quatemions bis currency curcumgyrate design the optimum extraction conditions of crude procyanidins from Nitraria Sibirica Pall. were established. The extraction time is 20min; The extraction times is 3; The concentration of ethanol solution is 60%; the ratio of material to reagent is 1 : 4. The qualitative research of the Nitraria Sibirica Pall were carried out through UV spectrophotometer and HPLC analysis. It is a dimer combined with catechin and epicatechin and not destroied by ultrasonic.
