On March 14th, 2006, Mr. Wen Jiabao, Chinese Pre- mier of the State Council, held a morning press conference to address Chinese and foreign journalists in the hall on the third floor of People's Congress Hall, where he answered questions raised by the journalists over the reform of the state-owned commercial banks and RMB exchange rates issues.
