摘要
将新鲜完整的透明兔晶体浸浴在10mlTC199液中,添加30%H2O20.2ml,FeC12mg,造成产生羟自由基的Fenton反应模型,温育在37℃,5%CO2,95%空气的日制SANYOCO2培养箱内24小时。测定被温育兔晶体抗氧化防御体系的8项指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),过氧化氨酶(CAT),抗坏血酸,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH),维生素E,晶体水溶性蛋白以及脂质过氧化终未产物—丙二醛(MDA)]。研究复方珍珠水解液(复方自由基清除剂)与白内停滴服液对Fenton反应模型体系内温育晶体抗氧化防御机构的保护作用。结果表明复方珍珠水解液是一种天然抗氧化剂,对晶体的酶性与非酶性抗氧化防御体系具有保护作用,是一良好的防治白内障药物。
Oxidative damage to the lens by oxygen free radicals has ben recogniced to be the primary event in the pathogenesis of many forms of cataract. In this study lens culture in vitro was used to observe the changes in the antioxidation system by raised oxidative stress. The effect of high levels of free radicals by 'fenton reac tion' on the level of antioxidants (SOD,GSH - PX, CAT,CSH, Vitamin C,Vitamin E and protein of soluble water)in incubated lens was studied lipid peroxidation was enhanced in the lens in TC-199(10ml medium)with the presence of 30% H2O2 (0. 2ml) pius 2mg FeCl. In this model,MDA of lens was found to be increased 3 fold as compared with that of control lens. In this study antioxidation of margarite hydrolysate was evaluated in the model of oxidative stress induced by 'Fenton reaction'. The protection of margarite hydro1ysate from oxygen damage was 50% of SOD; 75 % of GSH-PX; 100% of CAT; 16. 9 % of GSH; 44 % of Vitamin C; 50% of vitamin E ; l2 % of protein in soluble water,in especial indication, 100% of MDA,respectively.
