EAU大鼠视网膜抗氧酶类变化的实验研究

摘要 利用兔视网膜S抗原诱发大鼠EAU模型,观察了视网膜抗氧化酶类(超氧化物歧化酶,过氧化氢酶及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性)及中性白细胞标志酶(髓过氧化物酶)的变化。实验结果表明:在EAU的病变过程中,抗氧化酶活性下降,髓过氧化物酶活性升高。由此认为在EAU病变过程中,视网膜抗氧化酶活性下降,自由基介导的脂类过氧化加剧,造成视网膜损伤,如果利用抗氧化剂治疗可减轻EAU的脂类过氧化损伤。 In order to understand the mechanisms of the retinal tissue destruction in EAU rat,the changes of acti vities of antioxidation enzymes and myeloperoxidase were investigated. The EAU rat was induced by S anti gen from rabbit retina, the changes of Superoxide dismutase,Catalase,GSH-peroxidase and myeloperoxidase in EAU retina were observed in 9. 14 and 21 days after immunization with S-antigen. With the process of EAU,the activities of antioxidation enzymes in the retina were decreased gradually by various degrees,mean while,activity of myeloperoxidase was increased. The decrease of antioxidation enzyrmes would result in the intension of lipid peroxidation induced by free radicals and damage of the retina of EAU rat- We suggest that antioxidants or scavengers of free radicals may be effective in reducing the damage of the retina of EAU rat.
