摘要
用快速傅里叶转换(FFT)方法,对正常wistar大鼠暗适应ERG振荡电位进行频域和时域分析,在OPs能量集中区确定通频带,结果发现50只大鼠OPs通频带的低频端为52.9±5.4Hz,高频端为155.3±10.7Hz,频域中总能量、最高能量的变异性较大,时域中的各子波振幅和总振幅的变异程度也大于潜伏期。
The dark adapted ERGs of 50 normal eyes in rats were analyzed with a new power measurement based on the fast Fourier trans form (FFT). From the FFT response the proper bandpass of OPs was calculated.The lower limit of pass band was 52. 9±5. 4 Hz upper limit of it at 155. 31±0. 7 Hz. The dominant frequency and energy,total energy of OPs as well as the amplitudes and implicit time of wavelets were determined. By comparing coefficients of variation (CV) of individual parameter it was showed that CVs of dominant energy and total energy,amplitudes of wavelets were larger while the CV of implicit times was least.
