摘要
对26例30眼施行小切口白内障摘除术，观察术前、术后不同时期的角膜曲率半径、屈折力和散光度变化。术后产生较小的短暂循规性散光，平均散光度1．17±1．44D。术后一周角膜曲率半径、屈折力及散光度变化最明显，1～3个月渐趋稳定。
Small incision cataract surgery was per formed on 30 eyes. The corneal curvature,refraction and astigma tism were determined be fore and after surgery. Results showed that there was a small transient with-the-rule astigmatism after the surgery and the mean induced astigmatism was 1. 17±1. 44D. Keratometry,refraction and astigmatism werP changed very significantly at one week postoperation and these parameters tended to become stabilized one to three months after surgery.
