儿童人工晶体植入术临床观察

A Clinical Observation of Intraocular Lens Implantation in Children

报道24例（25只眼）儿童常规现代白内障囊外摘除术。术后随访视力≥0．5者12眼，占48％；≥1．0者4眼，占16％，随访时间3个月～6年。临床观察术后并发症中葡萄膜炎反应较成年人强烈，后发白内障发生率高。

Intraocular lens implantation was done on 24 children, 25 eyes,which include traumatic cataract,congeni tal cataracts and complicated cataract caused by uveitis. The observation of visual acuity after operation was as follow: 12 eyes (48% ) were higher than 0. 5, 4 eyes (16 % ) were higher than 1. 0,the duration of observa tion after operation were 3 months to 6 years. The complicated uveitis after operation is more severe and the incidence rate of after operation cataract is higher in children than in adults.
