摘要
对１６７例（３３４耳）老年前期（５０～５９岁）和老年期（６０岁以上）听阈及中耳阻抗变化进行分析。结果显示：各年龄组听力均有不同程度下降，老年期听阈明显高于老年前期，高频下降比语言频率更明显（Ｐ＜０．０１），听力曲线多表现为高频下降型，尤以高频缓降型多见。随年龄增长，老年人有中耳阻抗增加、声顺降低、咽鼓管功能减退表现。
n order to explore the incdmce of presbycuais,Changea of hearing threshold and impedanceof the middie ear system in the 167 elderly and aged cases were studied. The results showed thatdifferent degrees of the hearing loss were presnted in all aged group. Hearing loss in the highfrequencies was more significant than speech in the aged(P<0.01)The impedance was increasedand compliance was reduced in the middle ear system. The fuction of the Eustachian tube was alsoreduced in the aged.
