摘要
目的探讨影响2型糖尿病并发高血压的环境危险因素。方法采用成组病例对照研究设计,研究对象来自社区,其中病例108例,对照170例,采用非条件logistic回归模型分析糖尿病并发高血压的相关因素。结果单因素非条件logistic回归分析发现,糖尿病并发高血压与年龄显著相关(OR=2.573),根据年龄分层经单因素非条件logistic回归分析,发现有统计学意义(P<0.05)的变量有饮茶、食用腌制鱼或肉、食用两种以上烹调油、以米为主食。进一步进行多因素logistic回归分析,这些因素也均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮茶、食用腌制鱼或肉、食用两种以上烹调油为该人群患糖尿病合并高血压的危险因素,以米为主食可能为保护因素。
Objective To explore the risk factors of 2 diabetes associated with hypertension. Methods A case-control study was conducted among 108 patients with diabetes associated with hypertension and 170 healthy individuals came from community population. The logistic regression model was used to analyze the related factors of diabetes associated with hypertension. Results Univariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that there was a significant difference of age, after stratified by age, univariate and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed there were significant differences of drinking tea, bloat food, cooking with two or more kinds of oil, staple food for rice. Conclusions Pickling fish or meal intake, tea drinking, both vegetable and animal oil intake may increase the risk of diabetes attend by hypertension. Staple food for rice may be a protective factor for diabetes associated with hypertension.
