摘要
目的研究表明,集贸市场摊贩是性病艾滋病的潜伏高危人群。为了提高摊贩的性病艾滋病防治知识水平,在市场中进行性病艾滋病的宣传教育。方法在合肥市随机选取3个集贸市场,向其中有固定摊位的18-64岁的摊贩采用发放宣传册、扑克牌和播放艾滋病知识广播的形式对摊贩进行健康教育。用x^2检验对比干预前后的相关知识正确回答率,评价干预效果。结果干预后摊贩的性病艾滋病的知识回答正确率介于37.4%~88、6%,普遍比干预前提高10.%左右。相关的态度和行为倾向也得到一定改善。结论在市场中开展健康教育工作取得了一定的成效,今后应针对摊贩知晓率不高的相关知识开展健康教育。
Objective Some studies had showed that the market vendors may be potential high risk population of STD/AIDS. Health education were carried out among them to promote the level of knowledge about STD/AIDS. Methods Three congregating trading markets in Hefei were chosen as intervention fields, health education was carried out in the market vendors at the aged of 18-64 by sending some propaganda material with STD/AIDS knowledge, Results A good result was achieved after health education, The rates of correctly answering questions about STD/AIDS were 37.4% --88.6 %, which were about 10% higher than before. Their attitudes toward STD/HIV infected and sexual behavior also got better. Conclusions Health education was effective for market vendors to enhance the preventive consciousness of STD/AIDS.
