产学结合“四业贯通”探索提高职业技能新途径

Combination of Study and Industry,the Connection of Study,Industry,Employment and Pioneering for Exploring the New Approach to Improve the Skills of Vocational Education

高职教育人才培养方案应该形成三条线:一条是公共基础线,一条是培养职业技能的主线,一条是为今后持续发展打基础的提高线。在以职业技能为主线的教学方案设计中,我们提出了学业、产业、就业、创业“四业贯通”的改革思想并付诸实施,同时积极开展教学改革实践,努力提高学生职业素质和技能。

Vocational education training plans should ~ ibrmed into three main roads： the first is the public base mad. The second is to train students＇ vocational skill. The third is for us to do for the continuous development of future. To the design of teaching plan which takes the vocational skills as the main road we had advocated the retorm idea that is combining the study,industry,employment and pioneering work together, and carrying out this idea.
