积极关注大学教师发展的生态环境

Paying Close Attention to the Ecosystem Environment of the Teacher's Development Energetically in the University

教师生态环境是指由教师所依存的物质环境、制度环境、文化环境及心理环境等环境因子间相互交叉渗透,所形成的综合环境。当前,在高等教育生态系统内部,大学教师生态环境的总体质量不甚乐观,这势必会给大学教师的最优化发展带来负面影响。文章从生态学的视角,尝试性地提出了构建大学教师发展的和谐生态环境的若干策略。

The ecosystem environment of teacher is a comprehensive environment, which including the material ecosystem, the system ecosystem, the cultural ecosystem, the mental ecosystem. At present, in the higher education ecosystem system, the total quantity of the ecosystem environment of teacher is not very optimistic, which will bring the development of teacher to some negative influences. This text tries to set up some strategies of the harmonious ecosystem environment of the teacher＇ s development from the view of ecology.
