重庆市农村养老保障问题研究

Study on Endowment Insurance in Rural Areas of Chongqing Municipality

重庆市是一个大城市、大农村并存的直辖市,农村人口占全市总人口的64.7%。随着市场经济的发展,人们的生活水平也越来越高。建立和健全农村养老保障制度也变得越来越重要。从社会保障中的养老保险方面入手,对重庆市当前农村养老保险现状及存在的问题进行分析,提出了建立和健全重庆市农村养老保障制度的构想。

Chongqing is municipality directly under the leadership of the central government with large urban areas and rural areas, whose rural population takes up 64.7% of the whole population. With the economic development, people＇s living standard becomes increasingly high, while it becomes increasingly important to establish and perfect endowment insurance in rural areas of Chongqing. In terms of endowment insurance in social security, this paper analyzes in detail the status quo of and problems in the present endowment insurance in Chongqing, and puts forward the conception of establishing and perfecting the endowment insurance system in Chongqing.
