Aging and Retirement of Man and Woman at the Same Age

随着我国老年型社会的到来以及老龄化速度的加快,有学者提出延长退休年龄作为应对措施,但也有学者对此提出质疑。在当前条件下,统一延长退休年龄还为时过早,但目前的退休制度已经不适应当代社会。就此,从男女同龄退休的角度探讨调整退休制度的必要性和可行性。

With the approach of aged society of China and the acceleration of aging, some scholars put forward prolonging the ages of retirement as a countermeasure, which is argued by some other scholars. Under present situation, it is too early to unify the retirement ages for men and women, though the present retirement system is not suitable for the modern society. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of adjusting retirement systems from the perspective of unifying the retirement ages for men and women.
