Cultivation of Harmonious Interpersonal Relationship in the Dormitories of College Students

在大学期间,宿舍是大学生学习和生活的主要场所,大学生大多数时间都是在宿舍中度过的。因此我们要建立良好的宿舍环境,而良好的宿舍环境的建立依赖于和谐的人际关系。主要从内因的决定作用、语言艺术、宽容、换位思考、自由和纪律的关系、竞争和合作6个方面阐述宿舍和谐人际关系的培养。

During college days, dormitory is the main place of college students for study and living, where college students spend most of their time. Therefore, it is necessary to build good dormitory environment, which depends on harmonious interpersonal relationship. This paper expatiates on the cultivation of harmonious interpersonal relationship in dormitory from the six aspects of decisive effect of internal cause, language art, tolerance, position-change thinking, relationship between freedom and discipline, and competition and cooperation.
