摘要 一种单个分子察觉技术被联合开发作为壁炉隧道 poly (dimethylsiloxane )/glass 微能流动的薄片和荧光关联能谱法(FCS ) 。这个方法成功地被用来在包含荧光黄和玫瑰精绿色 succinimidyl 酉旨的混合决定二个模型部件的比例。 A single molecule detection technique was developed by the combination of a single channel poly (dimethylsiloxane)/glass micro-fluidic chip and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS). This method was successfully used to determine the proportion of two model components in the mixture containing fluorescein and the rhodamine-green succinimidyl ester.
