摘要
应用氢过氧化枯烯作用于体外培养大鼠心肌细胞,观察其对DNA的影响。结果表明,氢过氧化枯烯引起心肌细胞 ̄3H-TdR掺入降低、DNA断裂,脂质过氧化物含量增加。提示氢过氧化枯烯引发了心肌细胞的脂质过氧化过程,说明培养心肌细胞DNA对自由基损伤作用是敏感的。
The effect of cumene hydroperoxide on DNA in cuItured neonatal rat heart cells wasinvestigated.The results showed that cumene hydroperoxide could cause the decrease of H-TDR incor-poration into DNA and increase of DNA strand break with the accumulation of lipid peroxide in thecells.These indicated that cumene hydroperoxide initiated and facilitated freeradical damage and lipidperoxidation in the myocyte cultures and suggested that DNA was sensitive to free·radical damage incultured cardiac cells
