sIL—2R检测对喉鳞癌病人临床意义的探讨

Detection of sIL-2R in the serum and the tissue of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and the clinical significance

本文应用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法和免疫组化法，分别对喉鳞癌病人血清及癌组织内ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ进行了检测。结果表明：喉鳞癌病人血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著增高，且ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ在喉鳞癌晚期癌组织中变化明显。同时探讨其对喉鳞癌病人的临床意义。

The paper detected sIL-2R by ELISA and ABC methods. The detection was made inserum of 36 cases with laryngeal carcinoma and 35 normal persons,and in the carcinoma tissue of 25cases,The results showed that serum sIL-2R was much higher in laryngeal carcinoma group thanthat in normal control persons,The pathologic grade and clinical stage were related to sIL-2R level.The sIL-2R in the carcinoma tissue were predominantly high in late laryngeal carcinoma.These re-suIts suggested that detection of sIL-2R had certain instructive significance for patient’s conditionand the prognosis.
