慢性肾功能不全患者血清sIL－2R的检测及其临床意义

Clinical significance and measurement of the level of soluble interleuckin 2 receptor in serum of the patients with chronic renal insufficiency

本文对５２例慢性肾功能不全不同临床分期即肾功能正常期、氮质血症期、尿毒症期患者及正常人血清中可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平进行了检测，结果分别为２１３±４６．５，３３．３±８１，８，５６８±１９８．７，１９７±４４．２（ｕ／ｍｌ）。表明慢性：肾功能不全肾功能正常期患者血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ与正常人血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平无明显差异；而氨质血症期与尿毒症期患者ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ均明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），且ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平与血中尿素氮及肌酐含量呈一定的平行关系。提示ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ测定，对慢性肾功能不全患者的病情监测、临床分期、药物治疗效果及预后判断等都有一定的参考价值。

The level of the soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R)in the serum of 52 patientswith chronic renahnsumciency was tested.THe results showed that.the level of sIL-一2R in serum ofthe patients with chronic renal insufficiency in the phases of azotemia and uremia was much higherthan that of sIL-2R of the control(P<0.01),and parallel relationship between the levels of slL-2R and of BUN and creatinine of the patients was presented.We suggest that the measurement of lev-el of sIL-2R has great referential value for judgment on the developing conditions of disease,clinicalphase and drug therapeutic effect.
