目前,虽然我国上市公司的诚信意识不断增强,但诚信建设的总体水平仍相对偏低,国内仍有相当数量的上市公司存在不同程度的失信行为,导致对证券市场规则和监管要求的直接抵触和违背。应汲取发达国家上市公司诚信建设经验,强化我国上市公司诚信建设机制,加强诚信建设环境约束,加大对失信行为的处罚,使上市公司诚信建设更加完善。

At present, though the sincere consciousness of the listed company of our country is being strengthened constantly, the overall level of sincere construction is stiU relatively on the low side, there stiU a considerable amount of listed companies have dishonesty behavior in various degree at home, caused the directly conflict and violate to rule and supervision requirement of security market. Should draw sincerity build experience of listed company in developed country, strengthen the sincerity build mechanism of our country, strengthen the environment restrain on sincerity, strengthen the behavioral punishment to breaking promise , make the listed company more complete in sincere construction.
